SPORTING EXCELLENCE
David Roberts has long been recognised as one of the most respected sports  physiotherapists in the country.
Dave is the Medical Services Director for Lancashire County Cricket Club and as such oversees the physiotherapy and fitness programmes for the professional squad and the Lancashire Academy alongside Keith Johnstone and Alex Horn.

He also acts as Consultant Physiotherapist for England overseeing the treatment and rehabilitation of Andrew Flintoff, James Anderson, Sajid Mahmood and Mal Loye.

The clinics are seen as self contained centres of excellence and all of the physiotherapists at David Roberts Physiotherapy are fully qualified to deal with the myriad of sports related injuries.
We recognise the special requirements of sportsmen and women both at amateur and professional level and are mindful that time spent out of the game is a frustrating experience.
We will provide an accurate and full diagnosis and advise you when you will be able to return safely to your sporting activities. It is important that we fully support you whilst you are out of action and will advise you at each stage of your recovery.
We offer all of our sportsmen and women a full gym based rehabilitation programme in our own purpose built physio-gym.
"Dave, Keith and their team have looked after me in a first class manner for many years. Not only are the levels of treatment you receive excellent but if referrals are needed either to specialists or for scans the connections that Dave Roberts Physio have built up leave you in very safe hands."

Neil Fairbrother, former England and Lancashire CC cricketer

"David Roberts and his team have helped me through a number of injuries over the last five years, in particular a major disc problem. Without the teams professional guidance and effort, I don't think I would be able to play cricket again. Instead, I feel like I can play for many years to come. Thanks rooster!"

Mal Loye, Lancashire CC cricketer
