A major success story over the last 15 years has been the development and growth of our own purpose built physio-gym at our Middleton site.
The physio-gym is available to the general public as well as patients, offering a gym, performance training centre, personal training and customised rehabilitation programmes.

A key to our success is that we have both physiotherapists and personal trainers working in conjunction with each other.

Thousands of our satisfied clients and patients are testament to the fact that we are able to deliver the variety of rehabilitation exercises required to build up weakened muscle groups and joints. Our physio-gym provides the perfect environment for a positive recovery.
         

Anyone can join David Roberts physio-gym. We provide a professional and friendly environment for people of all ages and many of our patients go on to become members.  

Prior to you embarking on any exercise programme, we will use our expertise to complete a comprehensive medical and fitness check. The assessment will allow us to understand your goals. Our Personal Trainer, Kim will then create a safe, effective programme personalised to your specific needs.

Whether you wish to improve your overall fitness, reduce your percentage body fat, or increase your flexibility, there will always be expert advice available.
