Anyone can join David
Roberts physio-gym. We provide a professional and friendly
environment for people of all ages and many of our patients go on to
become members.
Prior to you embarking on any exercise programme, we will use our
expertise to complete a comprehensive medical and fitness check. The
assessment will allow us to understand your goals. Our Personal
Trainer, Kim will then create a safe, effective programme
personalised to your specific needs.
Whether you wish to improve your overall fitness, reduce your
percentage body fat, or increase your flexibility, there will always
be expert advice available.
