Health & Fitness Bootcamps are now
available at the Physio-gym. The 6 week camps are now available to
non-gym members as well as members. If you are looking to improve
your physical health, create a positive state of mind, change your
body composition, loose weight and learn more about how your body
works then the 6 week camp could be just what you are looking for.
Under the guidance and supervision of
our instructor you will be supported and motivated through the
course. Core Stability classes are also now available to non-gym
members. 6 x 45min sessions are available on Wednesday evenings at
8.15pm. The 6 week course costs £35. The Core stability classes will
help to strengthen and tighten abdominal and back muscles. Weak back
and stomach muscles will be strengthened to create a flatter tighter
shape and stronger physique. The 6 weeks will teach you how to
continue to work on your core strength and maintain your progress.
