| All of us at David Roberts send their congratulations to Sir Ian Botham who was knighted in the Queen's birthday honours list. Sir Ian has raised over £10 million for Leukaemia Research through his marathon walks the length and breadth of the UK. | ||||||||

Dave Roberts is the official
physiotherapist on all of these charity walks and has seen at first hand
the effort and determination Sir Ian has put in over many years to help
raise money for Leukaemia Research. 20 years ago there was a 20% chance of surviving Leukaemia, thanks to the efforts of Sir Ian and all his team of volunteers, there is an 80% chance of survival.
